1. Use of Service

Users may view gallery previews and download images only after providing a valid email and/or purchasing credits/subscription. Photographers retain all ownership of their images.

2. Photographer Uploads

Photographers are responsible for the content they upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to display the images on the platform for sales purposes.

3. Payments & Earnings

Photographers receive payments via Stripe based on downloads or subscriptions. The platform collects a commission per image sold, unless covered under subscription.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not redistribute or publicly post images from the platform without proper purchase. Using AI or other tools to bypass watermarks is prohibited.

5. Liability

The platform is not liable for any misuse of images or violations of copyright by users or third parties.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
